Sultana raisin

An excellent alternative to unhealthy sweets, sultanas are described as the world’s sweetest raisins. Ripened on high plantations, the grapes are large in size and have an extraordinary taste, without a sour note. These raisins gained their popularity thanks to their exceptional sweetness, but they also have numerous health-promoting properties. They add energy, support the nervous system, improve immunity. They contain numerous vitamins and elements such as potassium, zinc, iron, magnesium. They are the only nuts that contain iodine and boron. What’s interesting, thanks to antibacterial substances contained in them, they show anti-cariogenic properties. They are equally good as an addition to cheesecake and bigos, but thanks to their softness and size they are also an excellent snack on their own.  They are a great addition to desserts, an addition to meat dishes, a base for sauces and a variety of flavors for breads. Sultanas, in particular, not only taste good, but also look appetizing in rolls, cakes, pates and ice-cream. Athletes, vegetarians, the elderly, children should reach for them, but in fact today it is difficult to imagine many dishes and cuisines of the world without them.
