BLANCHED GREEN PISTACHIO
Thanks to the blanching process pistachios retain their full flavor, natural color and aroma, and hardness. What is more, they retain the ingredients that distinguish pistachios from other nuts – apart from fiber and protein they contain many vitamins, iron, phosphorus and potassium.
