BLANCHED GREEN PISTACHIO

Thanks to the blanching process pistachios retain their full flavor, natural color and aroma, and hardness. What is more, they retain the ingredients that distinguish pistachios from other nuts – apart from fiber and protein they contain many vitamins, iron, phosphorus and potassium. They add energy, strengthen bones, regulate metabolic processes. A large number of antioxidants, unsaturated fatty acids and many health-promoting properties make them a frequent guest on our tables. They have been known in world cuisines for centuries. They taste great on their own, and add a unique flavor and color to meals. In desserts they break the sweet taste, and in dry dishes add sweetness. Low-calorie, they are an ideal supplement to a diet. They contribute to cleansing the body and slow down the aging process.
